I scheduled an ear wax removal session in Birmingham, and let me tell you, the entire journey from making the appointment to the actual visit was fantastic. Amina was super nice and professional, guiding me through all the info I needed, including aftercare. I made sure to prepare ahead of time, which helped everything go off without a hitch and pretty fast. I was really thankful to snag an appointment so quickly.

I made a reservation online, picking Manchester. But when the confirmation arrived, it had switched to Birmingham since the Manchester location is shut down.

I reached out to customer service to cancel because an appointment in Birmingham is pointless... they just replied with their cancellation policy saying I couldn't cancel.

I scheduled a lateral flow test with this company, and it was super straightforward, costing me £45. Just 5 minutes later, I had to back out because I realized I needed the test within 24 hours instead of the 48 I had originally set. They were cool about canceling, but slapped me with a £35 admin fee. I get that the mistake was on me, but man, that fee is just way too steep.

After a really hectic day at Bristol airport and a last-minute change to our holiday plans, we found ourselves in a bit of a bind! We needed a fit-to-fly LFT for three of us from a group of eleven, and our flight was super early in July. We headed over to Eastville Pharmacy in Fishpond, having initially booked just one LFT. But then we realized we actually needed three by 5:45 PM, and our flight was at 6 AM—talk about cutting it close! I was so anxious, but the wonderful lady there was so accommodating and managed to fit us in. She was fantastic and got our results in just 30 minutes. We can't thank the pharmacy and the PCR lady enough!

I booked and paid for the Fit to Fly antigen test on June 16 for £65. Fast forward two weeks, and I see the same test is now going for £45 online (decided to check since I heard from others they got it for that price after I booked). When I called the number given by the test site to ask about it, the person on the line just said the prices change. I wasn’t thrilled with that answer since there’s no clear reason for the £20 difference. Just a heads up! The test itself was done efficiently at Whitewater Test Centre in Hook. I got my results back in two hours, which was super convenient. It’s just the pricing issue that’s a bummer, and we wouldn’t have known about it if friends hadn’t booked at the same spot. Can they really just set prices like that whenever they feel like it?

Showed up at 11:59 for my appointment set at noon. They got me in right away and explained everything clearly. Honestly, I never thought getting a swab up my nose could be so chill, but here we are. Zee was super respectful and got the job done, even with me making all sorts of faces that probably made her work harder. She was patient and kept me in the loop about my flight tomorrow at 6:50, making sure to jot it down so I’d get my results quick. The service was top-notch, and her social skills turned this into more than just a PCR test. Cheers!

COVID-19 Testing Experience
Rif scheduled the PCR test to align with the 48-hour travel requirement for Hong Kong. She was super friendly, patient, and professional. I’d definitely suggest her to my friends.

The sample was collected earlier today by Zee, who was also friendly, quick, and professional. She assured me that I’d receive my ISO certificate before my flight in the late afternoon.

I called up and chatted with Julia to set up a test at the Birmingham location. She was really nice and accommodating, booking both me and my wife for the same day—she even looked something up online to help with a question I had. When we arrived at the clinic, the staff member was just as friendly and helpful, and we were in and out in no time. The results came in just as we expected the following day before 6pm, thanks to the fit to fly service we opted for. I’d totally recommend this place and would use it again.

This was by far the simplest and fastest PCR test I've ever taken. The team was incredibly friendly, and the receptionist who answered my call at 6pm was super helpful. They managed to fit me in last minute that same evening at 7:45pm, even though they didn’t have to stay late. I highly recommend this place! I’d definitely come back again.
